    How to Improve Your Vascular Health

It would be best to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables daily to maintain a healthy diet. Fiber-rich foods such as beans and whole grains help you feel full, which can prevent overeating. You should also avoid saturated and trans-fats because the latter dramatically increases the risk of heart disease, high cholesterol, and diabetes in Aventura people.

    Exercise Regularly

    It would be best to start an exercise routine within the next week. You can take a walk or jog around your neighborhood or join an exercise class at the gym. Exercise will help increase your HDL and decrease your LDL or ‘bad cholesterol levels in the body. In addition, it helps to improve your overall cardiovascular health.

    Take Stress Seriously 

    If unmanaged, stress is one of the leading causes of cardiovascular diseases because it causes the release of harmful hormones in the body, including cortisol and adrenaline. It would be best to practice different stress reduction techniques to manage your stress levels. For instance, yoga, meditation, or any other relaxation technique can help you lower your blood pressure naturally.

    If you have not visited a vascular specialist in Aventura, it is time to schedule an appointment. The doctor will perform various tests, including an ultrasound and other screening examinations. In addition, they will review your medical history and lifestyle patterns with you to determine the cause of your poor vascular health. The doctor may refer you to another specialist for additional testing if needed.
